Oral surgery
Removing premature teeth
Sometimes (not quite rarely) wisdom teeth, small molars, upper canine teeth can fall behind in their development because of inherited reasons or endognathion. Consequently teeth do not break through and they do not get in level with the grinding level but reside in the jaw bone. Unfortunately the tooth sac does not get dissolved and maintains a connective tissue that is a very good substrate for evolving focal infection.
Removing apical inflammation
Apical inflammations are those pathological changes on the root of a tooth that are usually painless and stay undetected. From these bacteria rich areas micro-organisms, toxins are secreted to the blood-stream and by getting into the various organs they can cause focal infections.
The consequences of inflammations that originate from teeth can be arthritis, inflammations in renal, heart and cardio-vascular tissues, certain types of hair losses and many allergic diseases. Therefore it is vital to remove these inflammations by doing operations.
Bone substitution surgeries
In the past decade the regenerative therapy went through a large development. This means that the dead periodontal bones and connective tissue adhesions can be induced to regenerate by certain surgical tricks. Unfortunately, it has several disadvantages.
One of them is that it is too expensive and the other is that the results are not perfect as they are only effective in correcting vertical bone resorption and not the horizontal resorption. During implant operations we do bone regenerative operations to have a proper bone collection for the implantation
Gum transplantationsk
By inserting dental implants we can substitute lost teeth with the same look and feel and function as the original. During the procedure we implant an artificial dental root that can be a good foundation for a high quality tooth replacement. For this we use the NOBEL BIOCARE implant system in the first place. If based on the preliminary plans and examinations, we can determine that the patient has the essential bones then we prepare the location for the implants and put them in place.
After the implants are in place, in most of the cases we close the gum until the bone heals. It is also possible to wear temporary replacements while the bone heals. After the implant builds together with the jaw we connect the so called structure and prepare the replacements.

Soft laser therapy
The treatment is totally painless, the patient can experience only a little warmish feeling, it can be repeated several times and in case of acute complaints it accelerates healing. The biggest advantage that it has a painkiller effect.
